Founder and CEO of Sutok Environmental Engineering, a senior environmental engineer (B.Sc) and consultant. He graduated from the Department of Environmental Engineering and holds a master's degree in Chemical Engineering (M.E), twice receiving the Technion President's Excellence Award. Before establishing Sutok, he served as Chief Technologist at an industrial wastewater treatment plant, where he handled licensing, developed solutions for operational and environmental challenges, and managed projects from market research to ongoing operations. As CEO, he promotes circular economy principles in Israel and worldwide through consulting and process guidance for industrial plants, creating partnerships, and delivering lectures and courses for academic, professional, and general audiences.

Dr. Tal Golan

Dr. Tal is an environmental consultant with over 13 years of experience, specializing in working with diverse industries including factories, heavy industry, gas stations, high-tech companies, R&D laboratories, and hospitals. Her doctoral research at the Hebrew University focused on developing solutions for soil, sludge, and sediment remediation, integrating physical chemistry principles into engineering systems. Additionally, she holds advanced degrees in occupational health, biochemistry, and business law. Tal specializes in hazardous materials management, regulatory guidance, ISO standards implementation, sustainability, circular economy, and soil remediation. She combines extensive professional knowledge with a deep understanding of various industry needs, emphasizing responsible and efficient processes.

Shira Mann Raved

Specializes in waste export, waste management, and regulatory guidance. She holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and a master's degree in Business Administration, and is currently completing a second master's degree in Environmental Regulation and Policy at Bar-Ilan University.

Shira has many years of experience as a Procurement Manager, Economist, and Quality Manager across various industrial companies.

She specializes in managing complex supply chains, logistical planning, and supplier negotiations.

Eyal Bitkover

A Biotechnology Engineer with environmental specialization and a research master's degree in Water Sciences. He is a certified Workplace Safety Officer with advanced qualifications in the safety field. Eyal has over 10 years of experience in environmental and process engineering within the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. He leads resource efficiency projects, assists factories with environmental permit applications and reports, and provides guidance on hazardous materials, industrial wastewater, and air emissions management.

Gal Port

An Electronics Engineer with a master's degree in Sustainability Management. Gal has extensive experience in product management and marketing within global industrial companies, specializing in green building project management.

He leads initiatives related to circular economy, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), green raw material imports, and environmental regulation, aiming to create value while contributing to the environment. Passionate about exploring new markets, working across diverse interfaces, and combining creative thinking with practical implementation. He enjoys working with people and creating connections that lead to shared successes.
