Environmental Impact Review of Office Operations — European Company (Israel)

Project Context
This document was prepared at the request of a European company whose activities in Israel include marketing, research, and distribution (no manufacturing). The company has developed a staged, multi‑year environmental program. Its representatives engaged Sutok to conduct a comprehensive review of how office operations and employee practices affect the environment, identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency, and recommend how to achieve the sustainability targets set by the company’s international headquarters.
Methodology
Site visit and walkthrough of the office premises and surrounding area.
Meetings with company representatives.
Distribution of a broad employee questionnaire to gauge alignment between the company’s environmental agenda and employee awareness and behavior.
Assessment Scope
We evaluated the company’s environmental impacts by:
Calculating carbon dioxide emissions from mobility (commuting and business travel) and electricity consumption.
Reviewing policies and consumption patterns related to procurement and water use.
Assessing collaboration and engagement with co‑tenant companies in the building.
Reviewing internal cross‑functional collaborations and interactions with external stakeholders.
Deliverables
The report submitted to the company included:
A clear baseline of the current state.
Key findings and conclusions.
Actionable recommendations at both the infrastructure level and the behavioral level (adoption of new practices) to reduce the environmental footprint of the company and its employees.
