3. I think one of the most concerning waste products that I might use too much are metals and plastics. These usually come in the form of packaging. A way to reduce this waste would be to buy food from brands that use less unnecessary packaging. Also, looking for businesses that use bring your own box/bottle type of services could help reduce packaging waste.
